We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions concerning the website without further notice or preannouncement. We assume no liability for links which lead to pages which are not operated by us.
There are two possibilities for you as customer to buy at our online store. It is possible to sign up in order to track the course of your current orders as well as to view each one of them in detail. Furthermore, the option is given to order as guest without signing up first. An account can be both launched during your first order and manually over “My Account” tab in the upper right corner. Please remember to leave an up-to-date email address as well as your current phone number. This information is essential for us in order to ensure you a fast transparent order procedure in cooperation with DHL and Adyen (Payment provider). Hereby the disclosure of information to third party is ruled out. If you wish to pay by debit resp. credit card, you have to be 18 years or older.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
The customer is responsible that the right and current address is registered in your profile online. You are able to change your address under the section “My Account”. We always use the address which is stated there as delivery address. If you want to send the order to another destination, you will be able to enter the divergent address during the order check out. It is also possible to change to add several delivery addresses in your account. For some payment methods delivery address cannot be altered from your official registered address.
PRICES FOR CUSTOMERS FROM EU
All prices for customers with a delivery address inside EU are already inclusive 19 percent German sales tax (VAT). Each single cost which is coming in addition to the original price is displayed thoroughly before you have to confirm the payment. All sale offers are only valid while stock lasts and for campaigns they only last in the announced time frame. If prices or stock are displayed wrong we will instantly contact you in order to find a good solution.
Because of major currency fluctuation during the last years, we reserve the right to adapt prices, if necessary. The currently valid prices are always displaced on our website.
We reserve the right to adjust our prices without further notice. Please also not that we have no obligation to sell products to you at an incorrect, lower price if the error is obvious and noticeable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as incorrect.
Unless stated otherwise, all prices include sales tax (VAT) but exclude delivery costs. We reserve the right to adjust our prices afterwards for qualified cost increases due to a force majeure events such as war, strike or government action that we could not foresee.
PRICES FOR COUNTRIES OUTSIDE EU
In case of deliveries to non-EU member countries the German sales tax (VAT) of 19 percent is deducted during checkout. Instead there are normally raised national sale taxes (VAT) according to the destination’s (state or country) rules and regulations. Therefore there might be raised fees in conjunction with customs clearance. NMJ is not liable for fees connected to custom clearance or any local sales tax (VAT) claimed upon arrival to destination.
It is every customer´s own responsibility to guarantee the lawful customs clearance of orders and to familiarize themselves with local rules and regulations regarding import of goods from abroad.
In our online shop you can pay with all major credit cards through our payment provider Adyen. All payments are handled by and through Adyen’s secure and encrypted payment platform. When you finalize an order on our website you are redirected to Adyen’s payment gateway. As a part of credit card payments, the publisher of this website has no access to any data related to the payments of the user. Your payment is made directly to Adyen.
All orders to NMJ Europa Ug (www.nmj.eu and subdomains) for items in stock will be handled within 48 hours and shipped with DHL to your specified delivery address. All shipments are sent as traceable parcel. You will receive an email with the tracking number after you have completed the purchase and the order is shipped out.
For shipments inside of EU the delivery time is normally between 2-7 work days. For the rest of Europe delivery times are estimated between 3-10 working days. In peak periods for both NMJ and DHL longer handling- and delivery times may occur.
For all overseas shipments (US, Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Iceland etc.) there are numerous factors that can affect delivery times. Unfortunately, we can’t give specific statements or indications of delivery times for overseas destinations. Most overseas shipments will be delivered within 14 days. We advise all overseas customers to follow the tracking provided by email. We take no responsibility for delays in the delivery time.
Delivery costs to all countries are presented during the checkout and order process. Delivery costs are free of charge for orders over 300 € shipped inside European Union. For overseas destinations delivery costs are free of charge for orders above 1000 €.
NMJ reserves the right to cancel an order (fully or partially) in case the ordered product(s) are sold out. In such situations we will contact you and try to find a suitable alternative. If you have ordered items totalling above the free shipping limit and we have to cancel one or more products from your order, you still will get the order with free shipping.
Our orders are normally staying put up and available for pickup until 14 days in your local post office. In case you are not able to pick up the parcel(s) in time, please contact your local post authorities for a prolonged timeframe. As default the order is going to be returned to us if a pickup doesn’t take place. If a parcel is returned, we will then charge you with our actual costs as a fee for the additional return delivery. Please be aware that the return cost can be higher than the shipping rate we charged upon order. Many of our offered freight rates are subsidized.
14 DAYS OPEN PURSCHASE / CANCELLATION RIGHT
We offer our customers a return of the made order within 14 days after arrival. In order to meet the conditions for the return, the original packages have to be unopened and the goods unused.
All labels and codes have to be intact so that the order can be resold as new. When we get back the order, we will refund you the amount, latest within 30 days. In all cases the customer is responsible for the costs of a return delivery. When returning an item or order please ensure to pack the goods sufficiently. The customer is fully responsible for the return and that the item arrives us in perfect condition. If an item is broken during return the damages will be deducted from the refund.

RETURN OF USED GOODS
If the goods could not meet the expectations of the product description, you are able to return also used goods within 14 days after arrival. When we get the items back, we are going to evaluate the value of the goods and you are going to get refunded the purchase price minus the loss of value. The delivery costs lay with the customer in that case. As mentioned in the section above, the customer is fully responsible for return and packaging.
Every purchase you make can be cancelled and sent back within 14 days after arrival. The conditions are that the goods are unused and that the original packaging was not opened. All labels and codes have to be intact so that the order can be resold as new. When we get back the order, we will refund you, latest within 30 days.
All warranty claims are dealt with according to the German sales law. Please keep your receipts and invoices, it might be that we want to see them if you make a claim. If you do not have neither receipts nor invoices your claim might be rejected.

These data are used in our mission to continuously improve the relationship to our customers in form of our delivering orders, catalogues, sms, email or for other marketing related reasons.
