Short History
DSB My was mainly used for passenger service all over Denmark, besides the MZ, it was the most important diesel locomotive in Denmark. All together 59 MY locomotives were build by Nohab in Sweden, with parts from Frichs in Denmark, and delivered to DSB in 1963-64. The last My was in serviceby DSB until 1997.
Many MY locomotives were sold to privat lines and companies in Denmark, Sweden and Germany. Many are still in service today.
