Litra Kpbs/Os was a standard UIC construction og many thousend of the Os/Kpbs wagons were delivered to NSB and SJ from ca 1962. NSB had 1.1.1983 835 Kpbs wagons. Both Kpbs and Os was a standard UIC construction and was very important all round freight wagon for all kinds of cargo - such as machines, timber, cutted wood, wooden planks, cases, cars etc.
Kpbs/Os are still in ue by Green Cargo, and can be found as internal wagons by NSB, Jernbaneverket, CargoNet and others. Many Os/Kpbs are rebuilt to timber wagons both in Norway and Sweden.
