NMJ Topline model of the SJ Bo8d 3rd Class passenger coach 3800 with corrugated roof.
Superdetailed model with a perfect interior with all details. From 1938 to 1956 it was delivered to SJ 744 coaches of 34 different types of a new welded series steel coaches, SJ Steel coaches type 1940. It was largest ever built for SJ with a length of 23500mm, width of 3100 and a height of 4080, the same measurement as the NSB B2 and B3 series coaches.
This series made it possible to scrap many wooded coached both of SJ type and from all the privat railway companies taken over by SJ during the 1940ties. Most of them was taken out of service around 1995. Some got new bodies and interior during the 1970ties.
