NMJ Topline model of SJ A2SFGR passenger coaches, supurbly detailed with the lettering of the Inter City version.   Model with all details on the body, roof and undercarriage. Interior with separately mounted seats compartments walls etc. Correct bogies with NEM short couplings mechanism.

Totally 65 coaches of this A2 type was built from 1963-1968. The coaches had 2 1 Cl. saloons and 2 1 Cl. compartments and represented the highlight of comfort on the schwedish railways. NMJ have made models to represent all periods

SJ B1/B5 in brown livery.
The brown locomotives and the rolling stock were symbol of Sweden abroad. At first the roof were silver, later grey, dark grey or black.  From 1988 SJ started with Inter City trains and the IC coaches were marked with yellow Inter City arrows on the body sides.

.Some technical data: 24100 mm length, width 3140mm, height 4070mm, weight from 40-45 tons, Minden Deutz bogie permitted 130km/h, later 160km/h with disk brakes.
