Historic.
Co3c type 1, from 1956 Bo3c and from 1970 B22 was built by Stroemmen from1912-1924 with lantern roofs. Thereaftere type 2 with velvet roods. All toghether 51 coaches, mostly by Strømmen and Skabo but also 5 by Skandia in Denmark. Totally built Bo3c type 1 and 2 was 52.
These open coaches with bigger windows gave a good view to the beautiful scenery of Norway. The seating was the more spacious 2+2 and it made these coaches were popular among the travellers.
The Co3c/Bo3c were at first put into the main lines to Bergen, Trondhjem and Stavanger. After the arrival of steel type B2/B9 and B3 from 1962, the Bo3c/B22 was moved to the Røros-, Vestold-, Østfoldline and supplementary trains in the summer seasons and further on the comuter service.
