These restaurant coaches were rebuilt from the NSB B3 serie at Mantena factory in Oslo. First in service on the long-distance trains Stockholm-Luleå-Narvik line.
Snälltåget, a private railway company under the Transdev Umbrella, are doing rail trafic beween Åre-Stockholm-Malmö and Berlin. The R7 5633/5634 are in use bwteen Åre-Stockholm and Mamlö.
