Historikk
The B3 generation steel coaches was an important of the modernization of NSB and started in 1962 and last coaches in the serien was delivered in 1979 and remained in service until December 2014. The B3 generation was the most numerous steel coaches of NSB, totally 226 coaches. Delivered in following types; A2, AB11, AB12, B3, B3-2, B3K, BF11 og BF12, BR, C3, DF22, DF37, F3, R1, WLA, WLAB.
B3 series was in use with all types of NSB Coaches including the famous NSB wooden coaches, an the B1 and B2 generation.
