21773 was delivered to NSB as BF7 Conductor, luggage coach with a "hole in the wall" Kiosk. After many neative reactions from the travellers NSB decided to improve the catering service and the 21773 was rebuilt with a Self Service Cafe with a seating capacity for 10 passengers.

FR7-4 21773 was a part of the NMJ Special Charter train by the first presentation and the first selling day the of NMJ B7 series, which was done on the train. Onboard were eager customers, the staff from NMJ and from our Chinese producer. All the staff from NSB onboard were serving the train as volunteers.

NMJ's B7 Charter special consisted of the NSB El 17 2222 og a rake of B7 coaches. The route went from Oslo Centralstation to the South, via Eastern line in to Sarpsborg og Halden in the direction of Sweden. For the first time a complete express train on the Eastern line with halts with only 25 m plattforms. Return went the western route.
